Lewin Real Estate was created from “customer demand” to provide a personalised service utilising the successful systems that have been developed over the last 20 years.
We are a cloud based agency, utilising cutting edge technology to match buyers and sellers together and ultimately create a great result for our Vendors. We work closely with our Vendors and provide a ‘tailor made” marketing plan which is specific to each property.
We believe that the closer we work with our Vendors, the easier it is for them to make an educated decision whether to sell, rent or even hold off. We are here to offer honest advice and care about each individual’s circumstances.
With 20 years in the Real Estate Industry and hundreds of happy clients, Brian believes in the “Client for Life” philosophy and consequently, a vast majority of his business comes from referrals and repeat business.

Warren has worked within the real estate industry for over 27 years. As a past CEO / Director of a boutique franchise business, he doubled its size, has won numerous awards and delivered over 1,500 coaching sessions to experienced and new agents entering the profession.
He is a hands-on leader in the industry, attending opens, listing presentations, meeting with vendors and auctioning most Saturdays. Warren provides knowledge and understanding around the importance of communication and building relationships with clients.
An energetic auctioneer, Warren injects infectious energy into every auction, building rapport with the bidders and making them comfortable and excited with the possibility of owning their new home. Professionalism combined with persuasive powers ensures our clients obtain the absolute best result on auction day.
An author of the US Amazon Best Seller – I Get You, Warren works closely with the team to master their communication skills, build relationships with clients and negotiate the best outcomes for all. Our team seeks to understand the key concerns and emotions of buying and selling and take the time to see the buyers and sellers perspective – focusing on the outcomes they desire.
John commenced his career in property in 2014 in land acquisition, working with many ‘outer’ residential and commercial developers as well as numerous inner city development sites. Prior to this, John worked in a range of different ‘people relationship’ roles in Banking, Government and within the Community Health sector.
John’s engaging nature and personable demeanour, ensures he builds strong relationships with his clients and all people in general. This, combined with his willingness to listen, a caring disposition and positive outlook, ensures a trusting and mutually beneficial experience by all.
John is a committed, energetic individual who displays integrity and a strong work ethic. His boundless enthusiasm and local knowledge ensures the best possible outcomes are always achieved for his clients.
